COVID-19 Safety Protocol

Open By Appointment Only Until Further Notice

Our elderly patients are extremely vulnerable to COVID-19, and so we are taking extra precautions at our practice to ensure we are following strict social distancing measures. We have also increased sanitation procedures to carefully disinfect every surface before and after each patient visit. In addition, our staff will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face masks, gloves, and face shields to protect our patients.

As we slowly re-open and get used to all the new procedures, we are beginning to see patients by scheduled appointment only on a limited basis. Because it now takes so long to prepare for each visitor and appointment, we are not able to offer walk-in services at this time. To limit the number of patients inside the office, we are continuing to offer curbside service appointments for broken devices, picking up supplies, and many other services from the comfort of your own car.

Some services, such as fitting and adjusting hearing aids, will require an in-office appointment. If you need to be seen inside the office, you will be asked to wear a face mask during your appointment and to sanitize your hands upon entry.

We appreciate your patience as we start getting back up to full speed. As our staff returns to the office, we will begin reaching out to patients who needed to reschedule their appointments that were cancelled during our COVID-19 closure.
