During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuing to see patients by appointment only.
To limit the number of patients inside the office at any one time, we are continuing to offer curbside service appointments for broken devices, picking up supplies, and many other services from the comfort of your own car.
Some services, such as fitting and adjusting hearing aids or screening your hearing, will require an in-office appointment. If you need to be seen inside the office, you will be asked to wear a face mask during your appointment and to sanitize your hands upon entry.
We take the safety of our elderly and vulnerable patients very seriously. During all in-office appointments, your provider will be wearing a face shield in addition to a face mask during your appointment as well as taking other sanitary precautions to ensure maximum safety measures for all of our patients in accordance with current federal and state guidelines.
